Man of the Match !

Its probably "The Achievement", i haved experienced after many days.

Although i have few memorable games where i played amazing well out of many, i cant remember one where was got a official "Man of the Match" !
...and yes this was it !
...and was special for 2 Reasons..
1. I had started to think, that this probably is the end of my cricket career....and i had to do well to get back in the side.
2. I got the "Man of the Match", after scoring a Duck on first ball in the first match !

For those who know me, this will come as shock as i scored maximum runs on the off side, with a smashing cover drive to fence !
(The prettiest sight to see her rolling to the fence..as beautiful as a sun setting on horizon)
Sit down and close your mouth..its a fact ! I did It !
I also enjoyed some lofted shots over cover and mid-off !

If you are wondering how did i do that.. Well the answer is "I dont know",
but to accept a fact, may be because of a young lady, who came in to cheer me at the right time !

Findings of this odyssey...

As i walk through this odyssey of life .. Here's some intersting findings.
I would also like to create a compendious book of these as I walk more ....

Here's some...

1. Girl-Friend always has more importance/Priority than Friends.
2. No matter in which profession you are, you will get bored one day!
3. Grass has to be green on the other side!
4. No matter how much effort you take to convince some one, he wil take decision based on his own thinking.
5. Money is not everything in life, Love/Friends/Family is!
6. Patience pays!

Chay at 3 ! (Revised)

Well if you havent read my blog "Chay at 3" , please take some effort to read it.

We thought drenching in rain was too much !
But now summer is back , and some of the members think, it is pretty too much to walk all the way in sun to the tapri..which is not more than 500 mts away(probably Tans the body) .

Well then lets have tea from that machine !
No way, lets take our bikes ??
You want to take bikes to the tapri?
kool no issues with me !

Pretty too much ? Read on ....
It was 3, and the "talaf" to have tea was irrestible ...
How many people are we ? 5
And how many bikes do we have ? 1
Ok lets take my car !

You want me to take my car ? No way for 500 mts (LOL)
then ? Lets go "triply".
(Remember the scene from Swades!)
It was chandi for me , carrying two girls behind me triply !
(I dont remember i got such a silver chance before )

Kya fayda, dono ladkiyan married hain ! :-o
Mere pati ko mat bolna haan ... I actually took a triply to chay tapri !!

Work Today

I was all complaning about "no work", in my previous blog.
But the reason why i am posting this blog after 3 months, is simple !
I am busy !

Work Another Day !

Indeed it was a lousy last week !
My Monday started with an anxiety to search for mails by Matt !(My manager)
He sends a weekly commitments Mail, assigning different tasks to all the resources.
I started to search my name in the mail, like we used to search roll nos. in exam results sheet.
It was the same disappointment like last week, my name was not in the list ! :-(
It was apparent that I had no work for the whole week !

Khajoor se gira aur khajoor mein atka !
I left my previous company cos I dint had work ...and here the same scene - Cant believe my luck !

I was somewhat busy this week,searching for our new home, but that was getting tiring also !
I started to study - Custom tags, JSP, Tiles, MBA , list goes on...but it was boring as well.

Friday ended on not a very good note.
Saturday was work-shy, I was in bed till 4 !
When finally I gathered some enthu and did some shopping in the evening.

Sunday was as usual getting up late,nice lunch followed by a short nap in the afternoon.
Although, to get my spirits back, we had a blast at 3D in the evening followed by
Sunday night special - Pav Bhaji and Ganga Jamuna Juice !
All this to pump my adrenaline for a rocking and happening next week !

Today is the Monday morning and
I am eagerly searching my name in this week's commitments list !
And to my disappointment, my name is not there.
It would be another lousy week in office and followed by a lousy week end !
I would again enjoy on Sunday evening to charge me up for next week...
....all eyes to next Monday's commitments list !

First Encounter with Smart Phone!

It feels like holding you first GIJOE toy at the age of 5, a first ever Video Game at the age of 10 and a first ever mobile phone at the age of 15.
The Smart phone still fascinates me at the age of 23!

Why do you compare it with TOYS?
Well…I personally think it’s more of a toy than a Mobile phone.
Justify?

You can listen to MP3’s,Wav’s,Amr’s and other forms of Music, See videos, You can play java downloadable games, You can download loads of Java Applications,
You can click Images and Videos from a Mega pixel camera, and then if you get some time; can actually receive Calls.
Still need Justification?

Is it Useful?
You can also do a lot more exciting and useful things with it, like Activate GPRS from your network provider and connect to internet.
Connect it to a PC via Bluetooth, Cable or infrared, and use your phone as a modem.
Download Games, Music, Videos, Themes,Applications and lot more and stay connected to Fun!
Store lots of contacts with their email and company addresses, sync it with Outlook! Use it as an Organizer!
List goes on…

Advice?
If you have some money to spend and donno what to do with it, then a must buy!
Which Model? Well that’s not important, any S60 phones, I recommend NOKIA!

Down Memory Lane !

Looking at my physique, no one would ever believe that
I used to work out regularly at Adonis Fitness Gym.
The inspiration behind waking up early, lifting weights against gravity;
was not a Toned Body as you might think, but was Hrushya!

A six feet tall, fair, Huge body, Smile on face, This guy was any body’s BUDDY!
It was only the “Push-ups”, I did better than him, yet I enjoyed every moment of weightlifting.
My anxiety was just to wait till the Gym was over so that we can relax on our KATTA, Studying ORNITHOLOGY (Bird watching),
then moving to Anna’s Tapri for some hot delicious Wada-Sambhar.
This was our daily routine.Time passed and we kinda developed a close friendship –
[ Close friendship then was sharing everything bout your GF’s ]

After almost 2 years,
…….My phone rang, Delhi Number, some 4-5 names flashed in my mind along with their faces (like the new smart phones which shows pictures rather than your name)
Here: Hello
There: Namaste Seth, Olakhla ka aawaaz ?
Here: Hrusya tu……………Sahich re,
………then there were some typical words of praise (abad ishtyle –Kidhar Moin)
I was delighted to hear that he still had high spirits about me and wanted to meet me.
There: I am coming to pune, so will meet then.

I waited for 2 days, when finally he called up and we decided to have dinner together.
Same physique, same smile on face, same kinda of namaskaar…(hand folded from your ankle) and those words of NAMASTE SETH !

This guy who had made his RD (Yamaha 350) on his own, was a computer engineer
(DDP- dhakalat dhaklat pass) , and was aspiring to become an IPS Officer!
I still remember his whilly on his RD (his punch line…. If BAJAJ calls their PULSAR Definitely Male, I would rather call my RD a HUNK)

Character so versatile, virtually managing three different fields!
This guy indeed had something in him!

It was then a sweet walk of memories at the hotel, like always.
But things have changed now; I could see “Tension” and “InSecurity” clearly on his face.
Will I become an IPS Anya? Will I get those Salutes?
My heart : Yes! You will ! i'll Pray !

I still don’t know why I developed a flair for this guy, as ordinary as you can imagine,
But there are times, when some people influence you with their Aura so strong, you have no option but to fall for them!
